A truck carrying nitroglycerin blows up just outside the town of Landslide. The mayor closes Landslide to all dangerous truck traffic. Closing Landslide will put the explosives company out of business and hurt many other businesses. Bill must find a way to prove to the mayor that even
nitro can be taken safely through Landslide.
