It's time for the Winter Ice Festival in Knotty Pine!!! There will be toboggan runs and down hill skiing for the speed merchants, ice skating and ice carving, and for the very patient - ice fishing. Bill and his rangers have managed to keep the Ice Festival accident free for better than ten years now. But fast drivers and careless folks on the frozen Shady River try hard to break Bill's good record.
