Stumpy is fooled by a traveling salesman into buying his patented “Supersonic Silent Duck Call”. Bill isn’t convinced that this duck call is so super, so he decides to investigate both the call and the salesman. But Stumpy’s pride won’t let him believe that the call isn’t working. What is Bill going to do with that boy?
